Violate New York State Liquor Law?


Good article here laying out your options if charged with violating New York State's liquor law.  The most common charge our clients see is serving a minor or maintaining a “disorderly premises.”  A disorderly premises is a catchall when a bar or club receives too many complaints from neighbors, a community board or the police.  

If hit with one of these charges show the SLA that you are doing all you can to prevent them from occurring again - get an ID scanner.  Losing your liquor license is the death of your business.  Protect your investment.
