A disturbing report in U.S. News and World Report today. More than 26% of 12 to 20 year olds
reported drinking in the month before they were surveyed, and nearly 9% said they bought their own alcohol the last time they drank.
New York had one of the highest rates of underage youth illegally buying alcohol at 15%. What security measures do you have in place to
