New New York Drivers Licenses

In an attempt to cut down on fake IDs and forgery, the New York DMV is planning to switch to a new format and way of making drivers' licenses. The new drivers license will have two photos, and you can no longer remove the laminate, change the info, and replace it.

Will this new license cut down on fake IDs and underage drinking?
