We Want Data Access!!!

We've gotten the following question a number of times so we thought we would answer it here:

I bought your ID scanner hardware for another application or as an ID scanner from another company but use your software.  How do I see my ID scanner data online?  I want to see patron flow, average age, repeat customers, compare days, etc.  

We can easily set you up with online data access.  The easiest way to do this is to send us an email with your ID scanner DEVICE ID.  It can be found under Settings > About.  See the picture below for reference.  

Please send your email to info@barandclubstats.com. For the subject of the email please put "ID Scanner - Online Access" and include your phone number in the body of the email.  Let us know if you have any questions.
