Bars Incentivize Bouncers with Money to Take Fake IDs

How do we get fake IDs off the streets? Incentivize those checking drivers license with money for confiscating fake IDs.

That is what they are doing in Madison, Wisconsin to prevent underage drinking. They are giving bouncers and bartenders $10 for every fake ID turned in. This is a great idea and we hope more communities implement it.
